VRP AUTOMOTIVE Refund and Returns Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure customer satisfaction.

Returns Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

• Item is unused and in original condition
• Item is in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Installed or used parts
• Electrical components that have been installed
• Clearance or special order items
• Items damaged due to incorrect installation

Change of Mind Returns

Change of mind returns may be accepted within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping costs are non refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will provide a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing time may take 3–7 business days depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using tracked shipping, as VRP AUTOMOTIVE is not responsible for lost return parcels.
