Shipping Delays

International Shipping Responsibility
For international orders, responsibility for the shipment transfers once the parcel has been dispatched from Australia and handed to the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is complete and accurate, including full name, address, postal codes, and contact details. VRP AUTOMOTIVE is not liable for delivery issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
If a parcel is returned, delayed, or abandoned due to any of the following reasons, VRP AUTOMOTIVE is not responsible for the parcel once it has left Australia:
• Incomplete or incorrect shipping address
• Failure to collect the parcel from the carrier or local postal service
• Failure to respond to delivery attempts or carrier contact
• Unpaid import duties, taxes, or customs fees
• Refusal to accept delivery
• Failure to comply with local import requirements
Any additional shipping charges incurred for returned parcels, reshipment, or storage fees may be the responsibility of the customer.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. VRP AUTOMOTIVE has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.
If a parcel is returned to us due to any of the above reasons, a refund may be issued for the product value only, excluding original shipping costs and any return or handling fees.
